Dimitrov’s 2022 season

The 30-year-old has had a disappointing start to this season. After a barren run over the past few seasons, Dimitrov was eager to make a mark with a strong start this year. However, he lost against lower-ranked Maxime Cressy in the Melbourne Summer Set, his first tournament this year.

His inconsistent form has resulted in him dropping out of the top-30 in the ATP rankings. He is currently stationed at Number 35 in the world.
