Adams expressed his disappointment over Federer’s decision to retire. The conservative political commentator has previously mocked various tennis stars like Andy Roddick and Serena Williams. But he showed some respect towards the Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer in his social media post.

He tweeted a photo of the former United States President Donald Trump playing tennis. Adams tweeted, “The tennis world needs to spend less time talking about Serena Williams and more time appreciating the greatness of Donald Trump!”

He stated that people need to appreciate Trump for his greatness on the tennis court rather than talking about Serena Williams’ retirement plans. Adams also took a dig at Andy Roddick as he stated that Trump has “a more powerful serve than” the former world no.1. Adams is frequently seen applauding Trump in his social media posts.
