Earlier this month, Serena Williams had some wonderful news for her fans. The 23-time Grand Slam champion announced her comeback to tennis after a lengthy injury layoff. The younger Williams sister received a wildcard entry to participate at the Wimbledon Championships 2022. However, before the grass-court Grand Slam tournament, she decided to play doubles with Ons Jabeur at Eastbourne International. The duo reached the semifinal of the tournament last week before an injury to Jabeur forced them to withdraw at the last-four stage of the tournament.

Serena’s preparations for Wimbledon are in full swing. Yesterday, she came across the Spanish legend, Rafael Nadal, after her practice session and the two shared a heartwarming moment.
