Holger Rune wins over the one whose words matter!

Recently, Holger was asked to make a tricky choice between winning a Grand Slam or being the world No.1. Ideally, he’d take both options but here he was supposed to make a choice. Aside from exceptional racket skills, the ability to believe in one’s self is important for a tennis player who is aiming to win a Grand Slam. The French coach, Patrick Jean André Mouratoglou, admitted that Rune owns this trait. Despite going through a losing streak last year, the Dane turned things around by making four consecutive finals. Without self-belief, it would have been completely impossible for him to pull off the feat.
