On the other hand, after the defeat at the Australian Open 2024, Japan’s Naomi Osaka has also returned to show her skills at the upcoming WTA 1000 tournament. However, things might not be all well for Spain’s Paula Badosa as another injury grappled her dreams about the Thailand Open this year.

Tennis legends John McEnroe and Andre Agassi will face off each other once again at the upcoming second slam of Pickleball

Like last year, McEnroe and Agassi will play against each other on the 4th of February for Pickleball Slam’s second edition. However, this time both of them will appear with different partners on the court as Sharapova will join McEnroe. In fact, Agassi will pair up with his talented tennis star wife, Steffi Graff.

The official Instagram page of the slam recently shared a glimpse of the upcoming event and wrote-“Our inaugural event had some legendary moments and they aren’t slowing down heading into the Pickleball Slam 2 on February 4th! These legends will look to their skills to build for what’s ahead with @brighthousefinancial #BuildForWhatsAhead.”

In these stories, fans could spot her enjoying the sand dunes of the desert as she explored Abu Dhabi’s Louvre. Osaka was also visible running in the desert in a fun mode. Sharing the clip of her running on the sand, Osaka wrote in her story- “Lol it was really fun to run around.”

After she retired from the Thailand Open’s second round, Badosa’s fans were truly anxious about their favorite tennis star’s performance. However, in a quick response, Paula Badosa cheered up fans by saying- “Good news all in all, I haven’t relapsed the injury fortunately. I’m going to work with my team now 24/7 to get the inflammation down as soon as possible so I can compete soon. Thanks for all the messages. We are still struggling.” (In translation)
