Notably, today is the 100th anniversary of the main stadium of the Wimbledon Championships, i.e. Centre Court. Earlier, Wimbledon invited many former champions to this event, including Venus Williams, Bjorn Borg, John McEnroe, Billie Jean King, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, Simona Halep, Martina Navratilova, and many other current and former champions. Unfortunately, 9-time Wimbledon champion, Navratilova, could not be at the ceremony after she tested positive for Covid.
