20-year-old American tennis star Ben Shelton kicked off his popularity-filled tennis journey last year at the US Open. Along with that, he came out to be one of the prominent rising stars on the tennis circuit. When he got into the first Grand Slam tennis event of his tennis career, he was spotted sporting Roger Federer‘s endorsement of the athletic brand ON. After stepping into the Swiss maestro’s shoes, he is now a member of the multi-billion-dollar brand family, as he and Iga Swiatek became the first two tennis players to represent Federer’s sportswear firm from head to toe.

While the 20-year-old American is still honing his tennis talents, he is also doing well on the business front. Seeing his son do great at such a young age, Lisa Shelton was seen sporting ON shoes while she enjoyed Pickleball, looking every bit the happy mother.

The year so far has been great for the 20-year-old tennis player, as during his second Grand Slam tournament, the Australian Open, Shelton was able to climb up the ladder by reaching the quarterfinals of the tournament. Apart from that, at a young age, he has signed a partnership deal to work with the 20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer’s athletic brand.

Now that Shelton has signed the dream partnership with the Swiss ace-backed sportswear company, he recently shared a moment of satisfaction as he spotted his proud mother playing pickleball donning the ON kit. The 2023 Australian Open quarterfinalist recently took to his Instagram account to share a video of his mother. In that video, she was seen flexing her ON running apparel as she waved at her son.

Along with the video, he wrote, “Momma rockin’ that ON kit for Pickleball.” Even though her mother plays pickleball, she is not new to the tennis arena. Lisa Shelton was a promising junior tennis player herself, but changing interests made her get into the realtor business.

Nevertheless, just a few days ago, the multi-billion dollar brand apparel also gave the American tennis sensation a dream-come-true moment. He got to meet the 41-year-old Swiss tennis legend for the first time!

Shelton ticks off his bucket list item 

A few days ago, the emerging American star Shelton had the chance to meet the former tennis superstar outside of the court, after his recent partnership with ON. Following the meeting, Shelton posted photos of himself with the 20-time Grand Slam champion on his Instagram page.

In addition to those images, he further stated that getting to meet the 41-year-old tennis legend was like crossing something off your bucket list. Though there is more to the story, Federer made an ON joke about Shelton’s name after viewing that fantastic post – that is worth mentioning!
