Serena Williams and Roger Federer are two of the greatest players in the women’s and men’s categories. They both have won numerous titles, Grand Slams, and have made a name for themselves. In a recent Instagram video, Patrick Mouratoglou, Serena’s coach, posted a video of her training. In the video, she showed her skill with the backhand shot, and Patrick compared it to Federer’s backhand shot.

Roger Federer plays one of the best backhand shots in the world, and it is visible on the court. He rallies with his opponent for around six-seven shots, playing a rhythmic cross-court rally. Just as the opponent settles down, he hits the ball down the line, and the ball falls exactly inside the court, which is out of the opponent’s reach. The trademark Federer backhand is a dream most players want to realize.

Serena last won a Slam title in 2017, whereas Roger won in 2018, and they had both won the Australian Open. Injuries have now become a part of their career, as age is not on their side anymore, but the longevity of these two players is the commendable thing about them.
