The widely popular American actress’ latest film, Challengers will grace the Venice film festival. It will open the massive event as scheduled to take place from 30th August to 9th September this year.

Challengers is directed by Italian director, Luca Guadagnino. The legendary filmmaker has been a regular attendee at the Venice film festival. With the festival often believed to set a big impact on international success, examples being La La Land and Parallel Mothers, Zendaya’s latest film will hope that the tradition continues.

Coco Gauff’s surreal moment involving Zendaya
Before the start of the 2023 Wimbledon Championships, American tennis sensation Coco Gauff revealed getting special attention from Zendaya. Talking about the actress following her, she said, “I mean, you know, Zendaya is doing a tennis movie, and she follows me and I was like freaking out.”

However, Gauff’s Wimbledon campaign ended in disappointment as she lost her opening-round match in women’s singles. The young tennis star went down fighting against her compatriot, Sofia Kenin. Nonetheless, Gauff is still in contention in women’s doubles with her partner, Jessica Pegula.
