There have been very few players in men’s tennis who have managed to inspire people as much as Roger Federer has. The manner in which the Swiss maestro conducts himself on and off the court is second to none. He recently received some praise from Nick Kyrgios.

The Australian star ushered in praise for Federer, labeling him the greatest player of all time. He fondly remembered his first meeting with him but maintained that he is a friendly and warm individual. Kyrgios also feels that there is no other player who has the same impact as Roger has.

The 26-year-old player added, “The goat, I was very intimidated the first time I saw him and after that, he always continued to have the aura that no other player has. he is a great and friendly guy with a great sense of humor.”

Nick Kyrgios always shows his soft corner for Roger Federer

Over the years, Nick has always been warm and positive when it comes to speaking about Federer. They have been involved in some intense matches in recent times. Both players have faced each other seven times.

In their first encounter, it was Nick who emerged victorious. However, after that, the next six battles went in favor of the Basel-born player.

Kyrgios, who was last seen representing Team World in the Laver Cup, has not competed in any event since then. Federer, on the other hand, ended his season after announcing that he needs to undergo another knee surgery. We hope to see him back on the tennis courts and compete for the biggest honors in the game once again.
