In a major shocker just before the first Monday of THE CHAMPIONSHIPS, the sixth seed Belarusian, Victoria Azarenka has withdrawn from Wimbledon due to a knee injury.

The two time Wimbledon semi-finalist has not played a match since she was forced to retire due to the same injury in her first round at Roland Garros. Vika was expected to be one of the top challengers this year after a brilliant start to 2016. Winning Miami and then beating Serena to win Indian Wells, she looked like her old self- when she was the world number one.
