Grown Ups movie star Adam Sandler is a reputed actor and has starred in many Hollywood films. He is currently working on a basketball-based movie called Hustle. The release date isn’t known yet, but the plot revolves around NBA. Kevin Durant recently shared a picture of Sandler on his Instagram story, leading to some quite interesting interactions on Twitter!

It’s evident that Adam is a basketball fan and loves playing the sport. He has been spotted playing basketball on several occasions. Recently, Adam Sandler was spotted playing basketball with Tobias Harris, Boban Marjanovic, and Trae Young.

NBA Twitter has gone berserk over the picture shared by Kevin Durant on his Instagram story. Some of the reactions are hilarious and have linked Adam to Brooklyn Nets.

Sandler has been a Durant fan for some time now. Many top NBA sides were interested in signing up Kevin Durant for the 2019-20 season, and the 54-year-old even tried to make the Knicks’ case.

During a Saturday Night Live episode from 2019, Adam said, “Just wait till Durant comes to the Knicks. Please, please, Kevin. And bring Kyrie.”

However, Kevin Durant signed with Brooklyn Nets in a sign-and-trade deal. But Durant didn’t feature for the Nets in the 2019-20 season. He finally made his debut for the Nets one year and five months after signing with them. The 32-year-old small forward averaged 26.9 PPG last regular season for the Nets, which is less than his career regular-season average. However, Durant was on a different level during the playoffs last season and averaged 34.3 PPG. But Durant looks motivated ahead of the new season, having fired Team USA to the Olympic Gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
