He finally made his debut for the Nets one year and five months after signing with them. The 32-year-old small forward averaged 26.9 PPG last regular season for the Nets, which is less than his career regular-season average. However, Durant was on a different level during the playoffs last season and averaged 34.3 PPG. But Durant looks motivated ahead of the new season, having fired Team USA to the Olympic Gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
