Charles Barkley reveals that Kobe Bryant called him for three hours in the morning after his criticism

Barkley recently appeared on ‘The Pat McAfee Show‘ and talked about his career, the GOAT debate, and Kobe Bryant, among other things. During the interview, he also revealed that the Lakers superstar kept calling him from 1 am to 4 am after his brutal criticism.

“One night against the Phoenix Suns when he didn’t take any shots in the second half. We had that game on TNT and I went off on him out to the game saying, ‘Kobe. I’ve always liked you. But what you did tonight was bogus. You didn’t take a shot in the second half. You were trying to prove a point you didn’t have any help’,” Barkley said.

“He called me from one o’clock in the morning to four o’clock in the morning, cursing me out like a dog,” he added.
