The LeBron James vs. Stephen Curry debate has been one of the most discussed topics in the past decade. While the fans and the media continue to debate on who is the better one, the two NBA greats let their game speak about them. However, in a recent debate with Stephen A. Smith, Chris ‘Mad Dog’ Russo broke the internet with his epic rant on Stephen Curry.

King James has been in the NBA for around two decades now and continues to perform at a top level. Despite being 37, he has been the best player for the Lakers this season. Moreover, if it wasn’t for the Lakers’ slump, he would have been in the MVP conversations by now.

Many regard Steph Curry as the greatest shooter of all time. He has truly transformed the game in the NBA and teams are now using the three-point system more often. Due to this, ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith expressed that the Warriors star should be in the all-time top 10 in NBA history.

However, a newly joined analyst on ‘First Take’, Chris ‘Mad Dog’ Russo, was having none of it and kept SAS in check throughout the debate.

ESPN invited Chris Russo for a second time on the show ‘First Take’. Stephen A. Smith raised the topic of Stephen Curry’s case for the NBA top 10 list. However, Chris matched Stephen A. There’s no doubt about Steph being not just current but among the all-time great shooters. The top 10 list is stacked up and has several contenders who deserve to be on it. Curry recently broke the all-time 3s record and has since impressed Stephen A., who feels the former should be in the top 10 list.

While Mad Dog feels that the names on the top 10 list can’t be replaced for Curry, Curry and his fans feel he has the perfect CV for that. Steph is a 3-time champion, 2-time MVP, 3-point leader, among others, and he continues to break records.

Moreover, even LeBron James has been admiring Steph a lot, especially after his 50-point game in the All-Star game.
