Following his team’s defeat to the Raptors, Frank Vogel was asked to comment on Danny Green’s uncharacteristic form. The 47-year-old head-coach rightly defended his player and responded in a way that would also boost Green’s motivation.
“We believe Danny’s going to make shots,” Vogel said. “You know, he’ll have nights like that from time to time in his career, but he’s a proven, professional shooter, you know what I mean? I’m sure he’ll bounce back next game.”
