So there is only little that can still impress the King like it’s still his initial days in the NBA. And Klay Thompson’s return to the league is one of those things. Hence, when the Warriors released footage of Klay Thompson training and shooting threes on the court, LeBron reacted.

LeBron James can’t wait for Klay Thompson’s return

According to the Warriors’ latest update on Klay Thompson, in Mid-November they expect him to be back to full team practice. Moreover, he might make his official debut after his return in the Christmas period. And since he looks confidently set on that timeline, it’s not just the Warriors who are excited about his return.

Of all, LeBron James is eagerly waiting for their next match-up against the Warriors in February. And perhaps the greatest reason behind his excitement is a chance to play against Klay.

Notably, the last time Bron and Klay played against each other was on December 25th, 2018 and the Lakers had won that game 127-101.

Why is the league waiting for Klay Thompson?

Klay Thompson represents exactly what the Warriors need to be title contenders this season. He and Curry proved it in 2014-15 that they can lead the Warriors along with Draymond into a championship-winning season.

And the entire NBA community is aware of how brilliantly the splash brothers ( Klay and Curry) shoot the ball from beyond the arc. So it excited every NBA fan to expect the return of arguably one pioneer of the three-point revolution.

Since Klay got injured, Curry has almost been single-handedly carrying the Warriors’ offense. He will also be eagerly waiting for Klay’s return.
