After seeming to be friends with Embiid for so many years, sources claim that Ben Simmons is leaving because they cannot play together.

Most fans could not believe that Ben Simmons has stated Joel Embiid as one reason due to which he is leaving. Earlier this year, Embid had talked about his relationship with Simmons. And after hearing what Embidd had to say no one could have imagined Simmons leaving because of him. He had said, “As far as our relationship, you can see it on the court.”

Embiid added. “Not that there was anything before, but I think we’ve gotten way closer than before. We’ve been close before, but this year has just been amazing. I always say I love playing with him and I think we got a chance.”
