Watching James use an older version of the iPhone has garnered some gold reactions from NBA fans. Many people feel that it is weird that LeBron using an old version of the iPhone.
However, it could be true that he owns multiple phones, but coming out with an old iPhone is surprising. LeBron once revealed that he’s the ‘cheapest’ player in the NBA as he doesn’t pay for apps or music. He said that he uses Pandora full of ads. When reminded that he’s rich, he replied: “I’m not paying for it.”

In fact, LeBron had previously invested in the company Beats by Dre. In 2014, when Apple acquired ‘Beats by Dre’, James made around $30 million from the deal.

Surprisingly, LeBron used to endorse Samsung at that time. But despite still endorsing ‘Beats by Dre’, an apple owned company, LeBron is using an old iPhone. However, not everyone is a fan of the cool new gadgets don’t want and need to have the latest phone every time.
