The Milwaukee Bucks are the best team in the East. In fact, the Bucks boast the best record in the whole NBA. The team is thriving under the leadership of Giannis Antetokounmpo, who looks unstoppable at the moment. However, they suffered a defeat at the hands of the Houston Rockets in their previous game.

An exciting contest ended in a loss for the Bucks who just registered their 13th loss of the season. Reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo managed to replicate the same 36-point performance that he posted in the first game. His masterful display was enough to guide the Bucks to victory against the Celtics.

However, this didn’t prove to be the case in the game against the Rockets. James Harden and Russell Westbrook powered the Rockets to victory to register two wins in two games. This is certainly a sweet start for the Rockets, but not so much for the Bucks.

Milwaukee Bucks go down in the history books after defeat against Rockets

Since the Bucks hold the best record in the NBA at the moment, one can imagine them breaking records that stand as proof of their excellent run. However, this was not the case against the Rockets. As per ESPN Stats &Info, the Bucks entered their name in the history books, but for not for delightful reasons.

The Bucks lost out on a four-point margin as the game ended 120-116 in favor of the Rockets. A dominating final quarter for the Rockets sealed the victory. Moreover, the Bucks were better from the field when compared to James Harden and his team.

The mind-blowing detail of this fact is that 177 other teams have recorded the same stat and have won their games. The Bucks are the first in history to end up defeated.
