LeBron James has won four championships in his career. Despite everyone believing he’s in the twilight of his career, James is putting up incredible numbers at 37. LeBron has won almost everything that an NBA player dreams of. However, there is one thing he wants to achieve before retirement: playing alongside his son, Bronny James.

LeBron is 37, but he is still a world-beater and any NBA team would take him in without a thought. However, everyone knows that to sign James, they need to draft Bronny James.

King James’ son, Bronny James, has been hyped among the NBA circles. However, many feel the hype is around him being the son of LeBron and not due to his performances. This was recently discussed on Jason Whitlock’s show with Uncle Jimmy requesting teams not to waste their draft picks.

“This is what we were saying. You got to be careful. Just because that’s LeBron James’ son,” Uncle Jimmy told Jason Whitlock. “We can’t be going out blowing number one draft picks on Bronny just cause he’s LeBron James’ son. Don’t do like the Lakers and blew all them draft picks on Magic Johnson’s son like the Lakers did. Don’t do that, man, don’t do it. That’s all I’m saying.”

King James has been vocal about his desire to play alongside Bronny. But it’s not easy. Bronny could be eligible for the draft as early as 2023. ‘King James,’ on the other side, is out of a contract with the Lakers in the 2023 summer. As James is showing no signs of stopping down, teams could fight for his signature next year.
