The 31-year-old power forward, Draymond Green has spent his entire NBA career with the Golden State Warriors. Green was a second-round pick during the 2012 NBA draft and signed a three-year contract with the Warriors.
He was a part of the ‘Death Lineup’ that became popular from 2014 to 2019. Warriors coach Steve Kerr deployed this lineup, and it boasted the likes of Curry, Thompson, Iguodala, and Kevin Durant. However, it fell apart in 2019 when Durant left the Warriors.
An important member of the ‘Death Lineup’, Kevin Durant spent three seasons at the bay and won two NBA championships. During his last season with the Warriors, he had a heated exchange with Green.

‘And so, I wanted to have that conversation publicly because people publicly saw it, and they needed to, No. 1, understand that we are brothers and amongst Black men, we can reconcile. He also mentioned that he and Durant are ‘brothers’ and they can ‘reconcile’.

Kevin Durant and Draymond Green were involved in a heated exchange after the Warriors lost 121-116 against the Clippers in November 2018. The fourth quarter of the game ended 106-106. However, the 2017 Defensive Player of the Year, Green had an excellent opportunity to win it for the Warriors in the final few seconds of the game.
