

NBA star Ben Simmons was spotted at Wizkid’s Los Angeles concert along with a few other American celebrities. Wizkid is currently promoting his new album titled ‘Made in Lagos’ across North America. Ben Simmons has been embroiled in a controversy with his NBA franchise in the last few days.
Following a fallout with his team, Simmons refused to meet his 76ers teammates. However, he looks relaxed in a video posted of him on Twitter.

Ben Simmons enjoys offseason
Simmons has been enjoying his off-season life in a video posted on Twitter. He was talking to comedian and media personality Kevin Hart in the video, as the Twitter video supposedly shows the pair sharing a joke. As the video panned away, it also focuses on musician artist and rapper Wiz Khalifa who was enjoying himself at the concert.

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons and other stars were attending a Wizkid concert. The award-winning Nigerian singer was performing for his concert in Los Angeles. The 31-year-old music artist was promoting his album ‘Made in Lagos’ with British music artist Ella Mai. In connection with the album’s release in 2020, Wizkid is touring across 17 North American cities.

Simmons’ offseason in turmoil
Ben Simmons has not had an ideal off-season with the 76ers. According to reports, Simmons has fallen out with the 76ers by trying to force a trade. He wants to move away from the Philadelphia-based franchise. Simmons completed the 2021-22 NBA season, averaging 14.3 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game.

2021-22 season was Simmons’ first year in the playoffs where he struggled at the free-throw line and ranked the worst free-throw shooter in the league’s history. Shaquille O’Neal (37.4%) and Wilt Chamberlain (38%) were the only other players to attempt at least 67 shots (34.2%).

Simmons suffered a Game 7 loss to the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference semifinals after he had difficulty shooting and was unaggressive offensively. In five of the seven games, Simmons attempted no shots in the final quarter. They blamed this on his lack of confidence in taking free throws.
