“Your answer is teamwork,” Shaq replied.

“Oh, another answer is trust. The final answer is never micromanage. I am the leader, I do not micromanage my agents. I am the leader, I do not micromanage…You know my teammates, they’re not yes men, they’re my teammates. If I make a bad pass, even though I’m a Hall of Famer, they say Shaq made a bad pass.”
