Kevin Durant is one of the greatest scorers in the modern game. But he has other talents, too. Besides wowing people with his basketball skills, KD takes his Twitter game to a whole new level. Not many times do you see professional athletes getting into beefs with fans on social media. Kevin Durant is a major exception from that list.

KD never refrains from responding to fans who praise/hate him online. However, a major portion of that comes with responding to diss comments. For instance, the current Brooklyn Nets star started a major twitter thread that mocked him, only because he had commented on a post that ranted at him.

A twitter user called ‘Zee, the Creator’ posted a ‘KD Rant’ on twitter, over his comments that the Clippers will beat the Bucks if they meet in the finals. While KD is entitled to his opinion, Zee is not a big fan at all.

In the ten-minute podcast episode, the user explicitly asks KD to “Shut the fu** up” for his comments. Naturally, Durant did not lie low when he saw this.

Kevin Durant and his ice-cold replies never fail to entertain!

Upon hearing the podcast posted by ‘Zee,’ Durant swiftly replied to the post and wrote, “Somebody’s pissed.” These two words were more than enough for other users to jump in on KD for replying to a person who doesn’t even have 1% of the twitter following that he does.

But hey, the user made a rant on KD and it isn’t wrong if he comments back, right? However, there are a lot of KD haters on social media, who just can’t find peace with the 2x NBA champion.

“Why does it matter what strangers think of you? Is it really that concerning for him to know? Lmao he’s a multi millionaire basketball player,” a user named @ufeeeelme wrote.

While one fan was arguing for KD, the former Warriors player himself stepped in and once again added sarcasm to his reply. “Bro want me to be insecure so bad…ok im insecure about my right eye being a little lazy…your turn,” Durant wrote, triggering the response of his haters.

Kevin Durant commented on a post that ridiculed him for predicting the outcome of this year’s NBA finals. This got him into an online war with other users, and one even brought up the same old arrow that he left OKC and joined the Warriors to save his legacy. But KD was left unfazed and gave a simple reply. View the entire thread here

KD gets personal with the person who created a rant post at him

Twitter wars are common these days. While you might see fans seriously fighting each other over their favorite player or a team or any other opinion, you rarely see athletes get involved in it.

Kevin Durant got himself involved with the user who posted about his Clippers Bucks opinion. And we think KD might have taken it too personally. Well, he just gave his opinion, and it was not really right of the fan to record a ten-minute rant podcast episode just based on that.

‘Zee, the Creator’ is the one who published the rant podcast. What did KD do next? Well, he then went into the fan’s account, identified the fan’s girlfriend, and then liked a few of her posts.

This did not sit well with Zee, who called out KD on Twitter for his actions. Was it really salty from Durant to have liked a fan’s girlfriend’s posts? This certainly ignited a spat between the two. They went back and forth on Twitter, making it an entertaining watching experience for others!
