Ever since Durant and Curry have played for the Warriors, they often have been compared. In light of this, a recent take has picked Curry over Durant for his humility.

Stephen Curry has been with the Warriors since 2009 and won three championships with them so far. Thanks to his continued efforts, the Warriors have been one of the best-performing teams this season and are top contenders for the championship. On the other hand, curry’s former teammate, Kevin Durant is out injured and the Nets are struggling to qualify for the direct playoff spots.

Amidst all this, former NFL linebacker, currently serving as an analyst on Fox Sports, Emmanuel Acho, has expressed his opinion on the Curry vs KD debate. Acho feels Curry is a better player than Durant and has helped him win the championships.

Emmanuel Acho picks Stephen Curry over Kevin Durant

During a recent Fox Sports show, former NFL star, Emmanuel Acho presented Curry’s case for being better than Durant. He said that Durant couldn’t win without the Warriors and it didn’t work out for him with his teammates.

“Many will say that the Warriors begged for Kevin Durant to arrive. I understand all of that. But I also understand that the Warriors won without Kevin Durant. I also understand that Kevin Durant never won without the Warriors. I also understand that if Steph Curry had the ego that would match his game, Kevin Durant never would have been a two-time Finals MVP. Because Kevin Durant probably wouldn’t have been in Golden State in the first place,” Emmanuel Acho said on Fox Sports’ ‘Speak for Yourself’.
