Battle of Verdansk Reveals Call of Duty: Vanguard Set for November Release

After months of leaks and rumors, Call of Duty fans finally have something official about Vanguard. The upcoming title in the iconic franchise received some news today on the series’ Battle Royale title, Warzone. With a live event called Battle of Verdansk, the developers at Activision dropped the reveal trailer that should easily excite the fans.

Along with some news about the game, the reveal trailer for Vanguard showcased the content that fans should experience soon. The game should easily put every FPS fan on notice, and within a couple of months, they should have a blast playing the Sledgehammer Games title.

New Call of Duty revealed during Battle of Verdansk

After some small hitches and crashes, Warzone players finally had the chance to witness an event of extreme proportions. After dropping in, players had to defeat a massive train full of turrets and explosives during the Battle of Verdansk live event. During the event, players died multiple times only to respawn later in order to destroy this powerful train using explosives. In the end, every player in the lobby somehow defeated it. However, the trouble for them doesn’t end there.

After successfully defeating the train, players noticed many old fighter jets flying through the sky above them. Before they could process what was happening, all the jets dropped bombs on Verdansk with the players on it. Then the camera cuts to the players again, and they had to run with explosions happening all around them. In the end, after somehow staying alive, the event shifts to showcase the reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Vanguard.

Vanguard to release on November 5

The reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Vanguard showcased the brutal action of the game set during World War II. The trailer included some shots of massive explosions and destruction happening all around characters. With looks at the many jets and tanks, it seems like the battlefield will be dangerous for players to put their foot on. With this trailer, it seems like the series will take a massive shift in gameplay and visuals following last year’s Black Ops Cold War.

In the end, the developers showcased the release date of November 5, which will arrive in less than 3 months. The game will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4 and PC. More information about the upcoming title will arrive soon. Along with that, there will also be an Early Access Open Beta for players who pre-order Vanguard, and it will first be available for players on PlayStation. Vanguard is finally here for fans to witness, and it looks like the Call of Duty franchise will have a return to form soon.
