Battlefield 2042: Will EA Showcase More of the Game at EA Play Live 2021?

Ever since the release of the trailers for Battlefield 2042, DICE has revealed little about the latest title of the popular FPS franchise. The new game will be the series’ first title in three years since the release of Battlefield V. The previous game received mixed responses, and fans of the community want this title to succeed massively.

The gameplay trailer showcased some of the cool details about the upcoming title from DICE. This included the high-octane action, and the developer’s decision to allow players to create crazy “Only on Battlefield” moments. But other than that, the gameplay trailer barely showed any details about the various modes present in it. However, fans might know more about the game soon in an upcoming EA event.

Will Battlefield 2042 show up at EA Play Live 2021?

Battlefield 2042 publishers EA will hold the company’s yearly event in the EA Play Live this week. The event will begin at 10 AM PST/1 PM EST on Thursday, July 22. It will feature news about the company’s various offerings including franchises like FIFA, Madden NFL, NHL, Apex Legends and many more. Along with that, EA might also announce the developments of new IPs and titles. Plus, fans of existing franchisse will receive news about DLCs, updates and many more.

With Battlefield 2042 being the company’s biggest title of the year, fans should expect to see some news about it. Most of the big announcements for the year 2021 in the EA Play Live event will revolve around the latest iteration of the DICE franchise, and fans have a lot of questions that the developers can answer through this event.

What to expect from the showcase?

The showcase should include more details about the game which releases at the end of the year. The gameplay trailer revealed tidbits about Battlefield 2042, and the experience that players might receive from it. It remains to be seen how the event will play out on July 22. Fans of the Battlefield franchise have a lot of hope about it, and they are desperate to hear more information about the title before its release on October 22.
