DeChambeau hits the ball into a practice net and struck the ball well post his surgery. Not to forget, the 28-year-old underwent a successful surgery in April on his left wrist, which left a scar on his hand, and as a result, forced him to lay off golf for a while. But this video proves that the ‘Mad Scientist’ can make a comeback soon. He tweeted the video along with a few words, which said, “4 weeks and 2 days since surgery.”
Moreover, Bryson hit the driver with a launch monitor to check various data, which he shared at the end of the video. His ball speed was a whopping 192mph, followed by the total carry distance of his drive at 342 yards. At the same time, his total spin was at 2564B rpm. Given how he’s striking the golf ball, it is safe to say that his recovery period is going well. However, only time will tell whether he will be able to make his comeback at the 2022 US Open. Will he play?
Golf world left baffled by the new Bryson DeChambeau tweet
As soon as the video broke out, Golf Twitter turned into a frenzy. Moreover, golf fans from all over the golf world started to react to his delightful video. Most of the reactions were happy and fans loved watching DeChambeau smash his driver. At the same time, other fans were just shocked to see the impressive numbers, while a few others were curious about his short game.
