Naomi Osaka is one of the most fashionable athletes that you’ll find. The young Japanese has already dabbled in the fashion world with her collection being featured at the New York Fashion Week. However, Naomi is also inspired by someone who is a fashion queen in her own sense.

We are talking about none other than Rihanna. The Caribbean singer has been the icon of many people over the years. Being a woman of colour, she would strike a special chord with Osaka.

This is something that also clicks for her in the tennis world as she presents her unique brand. That’s probably the reason why she’s become such a big hit with the fans in such a short duration. This is despite the fact that being black and Asian is not necessarily the best representation for you in a stereotype-driven tennis world. However, the confident Osaka has carved her own niche.

There is no doubt that she is destined to be a future great.
