9) Andy Roddick At His Best
Ever since Marion Bartoli announced her return from retirement, the tennis media and fans have been in a state of frenzy. This comes as a surprise because soon after her abrupt retirement after winning Wimbledon in 2013, she was diagnosed with an unnamed virus. And due to this she lost a lot of weight to the point of being unrecognisable.
In December 2017, Marion Bartoli announced her comeback with this tweet.
I am delighted to announce my comeback on the professional circuit of the @WTA next year
I am so looking forward to see you again during my matches and share some amazing emotions with you . @Eurosport_FR #marionisback pic.twitter.com/KVPUnwEqlp— Marion bartoli (@bartoli_marion) December 19, 2017
But, what followed was hilarious. Andy Roddick followed suit by tweeting in two rounds.
Well since @bartoli_marion has decided to come back, I have something to say ……..

8) When The Legend Himself Appreciates
Juan Martin del Potro has one of the most powerful forehands in the game.
Federer once opined ,‘He’s got a great forehand down the line, inside-out forehand, which in my opinion are maybe more difficult shots to hit’. The following tweets makes it clear.

7) Boy Band In The Making
At the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, Federer tweeted a video of himself, Dimitrov and Tommy Haas. In it the trio can be seen crooning to Chicago’s Hard To Say I’m Sorry. Musician David Foster played the piano for them.
Want to know the best part? Incidentally, all the three players play single handed backhand. Hence, Federer coined a band name for the trio- the ‘One-handed Backhand Boys’.

5) Kilterer
Roger Federer was invited for a charity tennis match in Glasgow by Andy Murray.
Can’t get a warmer welcome than this. Thanks @andy_murray … is this your usual pre-match routine? 🍪 pic.twitter.com/mWntwqvDPA
— Roger Federer (@rogerfederer) November 7, 2017
To which Murray replied.
Yea that's a good start but try a deep fried Mars bar on top of that and you'll be properly ready💪💪@rogerfederer
— Andy Murray (@andy_murray) November 7, 2017
And things got better when Federer wore a kilt towards the end of the match. “I played very well in it and when I took it off, I felt naked!” Federer joked after the match. Federer went on to beat Murray 3-6 6-3 (5-10) after a champions tie break.

On September 1, 2017, Williams gave birth to a girl named Alexis Olympia Ohanian.

3) When Andy Murray Is Savage
Donald Trump had tweeted that Time Magazine was going to make him Person of the Year but that he turned down the opportunity because he “would have to agree to an interview and a major photo shoot”. Trump had been named Person of the Year in 2016. Andy Murray mocked the President for his excuse on twitter.
Time Magazine called to say that I was PROBABLY going to be named “Man (Person) of the Year,” like last year, but I would have to agree to an interview and a major photo shoot. I said probably is no good and took a pass. Thanks anyway!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 24, 2017
Bbc just called to say I was PROBABLY going to be named sports personality of the year but I would have to agree to an interview and a major photo shoot. I said probably is no good and took a pass. Thanks anyway!

2) When Andy Murray Is Still Savage
Just when you thought Andy Murray trolling Donald Trump cannot be upstaged, we bring you another tweet of Andy Murray trolling Donald Trump.

1) Laver Cup Summed Up By Roger Federer
Federer and Rafael Nadal united for the first time on a doubles court for Laver Cup. They faced Jack Sock and Sam Querrey, already established names in doubles tennis. What followed was 81 minute of sheer pleasure. Fedal sealed the deal.
