The Canadian tennis show-stopper, Bianca Andreescu recently forged her relationship with the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer, Rolex. The global ambassador of the sport, Roger Federer is associated with Rolex and she feels it a privilege to have her name alongside the Swiss maestro. “Roger Federer is with them and having my name amongst his in he books is pretty cool,” Andreescu added.
She is obliged to be associated with the elite deal and terms it to be ‘truly incredible.’ “Yeah, I got the Rolie (Rolex) on my wrist,” Bianca Andreescu said. “It’s sick, it’s really cool and not going to lie. It’s the best watch brands in the world. Being able to be part of their team is truly incredible.”

The link between Rolex and tennis dates back to 1978. The oldest and prestigious tennis tournament, Wimbledon initiated the partnership between tennis and the Swiss watch manufacturer as the Official Timekeeper of The Championships. Since then, it remarked ‘the beginning of a privileged association between two partners driven by the pursuit of excellence.’
Other ATP men, Milos Raonic, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Grigor Dimitrov, and Dominic Thiem are associated with Rolex. The WTA players Garbine Muguruza, Angelique Kerber, Sloane Stephens, and Caroline Wozniacki have sponsorship deals with Rolex.
The major tournaments of tennis, a few Masters’ events, and Nitto ATP Finals have Rolex as their Official Timekeeper.
