American mixed martial artist, bare-knuckle boxer, and professional wrestler Paige VanZant was looking to fight at the BKFC a few months ago. She was going to face Charisa Sigala, but the fight was pulled out of the card. The UFC Veteran has been invited back to fight again, although she has been doing pretty well for herself with a lucrative personal website and an OnlyFans page. BKFC President David Feldman said that VanZant is always invited to come back for a fight with the promotion as soon as the first half of 2023. He still has doubts about the possibility of the fight taking place.

In an interview with MMA fighting, Feldman stated, “We were talking about putting her on KnuckleMania [in February], and we’re going to be talking to her [VanZant‘s] manager again next week. We’ll see what happens with that. I’d love to have her back if she wants to come back and fight and test herself one more time.”

Feldman acknowledged that VanZant was also making good money and doing well for herself in her other ventures. This is why he is unsure if she’ll ever come back for another fight. But he has confirmed that they will welcome the former MMA fighter to the BKFC if she wishes to come back for another fight.

They canceled the last Paige VanZant fight due to a problem in ‘logistics’

VanZant appeared in an interview with MMA Fighting, where she expressed her frustration with the cancellation of the fight. The fight was canceled a few days before her husband Austin Vanderford‘s fight at Bellator 284. She was given the reason for ‘logistical’ issues. None of the fighters were at fault for the cancellation of the bout.

Dave Feldman stated, “She 100 percent did not pull out of the fight – neither did Charisa. [We] had some problems here in the U.K. that I don’t really want to go into detail; I’m not trying to throw anyone under the bus. Had some issues here, and it was just better for me to move that women’s fights back to the states. It just wasn’t going to work here in the UK.”
