Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War releases their first major title update in over a month. The new update, known as Season 1 Reloaded, brings a major new update with the release of new maps and modes for both zombies and multiplayer.

Zombies also receive major fresh changes with new modes and the arrival of a Double XP weekend that starts on February 4. Zombie also brings back the Zombie Dozer bundle in the store. There is no nes yet for League Play, but rumors suggest it will arrive sometime in Season 1.

Black Ops Cold War brings back the fan favorite map, Express. The COD Black Ops II map lies on a train platform in Los Angeles with multiple bullet trains passing through it. It became one of the most exciting competitive maps in Black Ops II, and it sure looks like it will follow the same pattern in Cold War. The 6v6 map will have an entire playlist from Team Deathmatch to Hardpoint. The map will be a remastered version with no major changes.

A new mode in Fire Team Dirty Bomb was also revealed, called Endurance. In Treyarch’s blog post, an Endurance game will have 10 squads of 4 competing to collect all the bombs. There will be 5 bombs that will spawn in at different location after each bomb’s detonation, with the score limit increased to 1000 from 500 for an exciting multiplayer challenge.

Black Ops Cold War also gets a Zombies update

Black Ops Cold War also brings a new update with a new map called Firebase Z. The story will progress in the Dark Aether storyline and continues following the events of Die Maschine. The Tombstone Soda Perk will also return with Firebase Z and the Der Wunderfizz machine in Die Maschine.

A brand new mode was also announced with Dead Ops Arcade Solo Advanced Start. Depending on the player’s highest position in Dead Ops Arcade 3 Solo, players can get an advanced starting position. Players can also complete the “Reunited with Fidolina” achievement in this mode, which makes the player’s life much easier. However, no leaderboard will available for this mode.

Although no news is available about Black Ops Cold War’s Battle Royale, Warzone, the game will fix a lot of its bugs and glitches. Season 1 Reloaded releases on various days until February 9. The new update looks quite exciting and players will definitely enjoy it with both nostalgic and new modes.
