Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is just days away from releasing on all platforms. The seventeenth title in the Call of Duty franchise promises to pack a punch with its stunning visuals and gripping storyline. Set in the 1980s, the game’s story takes place at the height of the Cold War. By December, the game will also integrate with Call of Duty Warzone, while keeping the mechanics of Modern Warfare intact. Now, reports suggest that the Black Ops map in Warzone will release in 2021.

According to popular insider channel ‘Modern Warzone’, the map might arrive in March 2021.

Think of it as a biyearly release for Call of Duty.

Considering his track record, this seems credible news. In addition to this, he also makes valid points when he says fans tend to get bored with the new maps quickly. Treyarch will definitely look to avoid such a situation and ensure that fans are excited about the new map.
Speculation around a new Warzone map has been doing the rounds for quite some time now. Many think it will be a snow-based map set in Russia. If this is true, it will bring change the angle to Warzone’s combat.
