The official blog reads ?Developer Beenox worked closely with Treyarch and all other studios to bring over 200 individual settings to fine tune on the PC version of Black Ops Cold War, from keybindings and the ability to play on a controller to graphics, audio, and interface sliders and toggles.

The 175 GB size is quite hefty, and it will require players to free up space on their systems. Interestingly, the Ultra RTX experience requires a 250 GB HDD space, which means that a 250 GB SSD/HDD is already insufficient to run the game.
