Mike O’Hearn comes in the elite class of bodybuilding with a ripped physique at 54. The 4x Mr. Universe has been a guiding force for many bodybuilders who desire longevity. The passion for the sport helped Titan to develop a new bodybuilding technique called power bodybuilding.

The Titan hits the gym to level up his bodybuilding game each day. Even though he quit competing in the events long ago, he trains hard to maintain his physique even in his fifties. Apart from building muscle at the gym, he tries to improve his knowledge about the sport by interacting with bodybuilding legends like Frank Zane and Robbie Robinson. 

With his knowledge about the sport over the three decades, O’Hearn started power bodybuilding to improve hypertrophy and strength and currently witnessing results. “Powerbodybuilding going strong,” he wrote in his latest post with a clip of him flexing his muscles at the gym.

“Week after week I can feel the body changing, strength increasing, and muscle being built.” he wrote listing out the benefits he has reaped with the new technique at the gym. It has been 40 years since O’Hearn started lifting weights, and he still carries the same enthusiasm for fitness.

Four decades is a long time to pursue a passion, but the American Gladiator star is far from taking a break. Coming from an athletic family, Titan earned proficiency in powerlifting, martial arts, and bodybuilding in his initial years.

He took to bodybuilding at 14 in 1983 and still wakes up to be a bodybuilder every day. “This has been a fun journey and I’m not going to stop,” he wrote in his Instagram posts while commemorating his remarkable journey as an athlete.
