The 7x Mr. Olympia champion shared a simple three-minute solution to reduce the cancer risk. The message resonated with Bryan Kavalecz, who wrote, “@Schwarzenegger As a founding Pump Club member I want to thank you for the push and inspiration! I’ve been struggling this last month, as I have Stage 4 Colon Cancer at 48,” on his X account. Kavalecz shared the pictures of Arnold Pump Club merchandise in the post.

“My diet and days have changed a lot. I am reaching out to the Positive corner of the internet for support!” confessed the warrior, which drew Schwarzenegger’s attention. The former California governor wrote, “Bryan, we are all rooting for you,” replying to the comment to raise the spirits of the ailing village member. Staying active has many health benefits, and the recent edition of Arnie’s newsletter links it to cancer prevention. Revealing the findings of research, Schwarzenegger stated, “Short bursts of daily activity could be a valuable habit.”

The Biobank Accelerometry Study suggested that such three minutes of activity can prevent cancer risk by 30%. Further, to help his village members, the 76-year-old advised, “Think sprinting up stairs or rushing around the home.
