36-year-old Jonathan Hodgson achieved a remarkable life transformation by losing a staggering 136kg. As a father of two, Hodgson reached a point where he grew dissatisfied with his life, prompting him to make a change. However, his weight loss journey was not an overnight process.

The man has an incredible 21 (136kg) weight loss after struggling most of his life with his body weight. Hodgson recalled his childhood and said, “I was always a big kid you kind of roll with it after a while, and being a big guy eventually became a persona for me.”

Hodgson, who weighs 18th 10lb, says that while he was successful in losing weight when he was 21, he ended up gaining the weight and more. The final straw for him came in September 2020, after contacting Pete Shaw, who is the owner of Barnsley Barbell.

Jonathan recalled, “I remember making my tea in my kitchen and watching one of his fitness boot camp videos.” Finally, he mustered the courage to text Shaw and officially joined a 28-day program. Motivated by his fitness hero and supported by his wife, the father of two embarked on a journey towards a healthy weight. As a result of his proactive lifestyle, Hodgson now stands at a healthy weight and experiences growth in his business.

Nate’s inspiring weight-loss journey and triumph over adversity

Nate shared his weight-loss journey on Twitter and said, “For as long as I can remember, I have struggled with my weight. I was able to diet, and my weight would have the yo-yo effect as a result.”

He was suffering from obesity and despite working hard; he failed to lose the added weight. This was when he decided to go through surgery. Along with that, he continued his training and fitness, which made him lose weight. With his hard work, he lost 100 lbs and is now at a healthy weight.
