Israetel shed light on the fact that it would be a bad choice for bigger, bulky, and jacked bodybuilders to always do superhuman workout sessions 5-6 times a week. Israetel pointed out how a lot of the Pros tend to like workouts of low frequencies. He then added, “You’ll probably notice have trended a bit more towards the lower frequencies Bro split or twice a week. Pros really do like the Jeff Nippard Five times a week, whole body thing. It’s not because that method is bad, that method’s great, but they are so f**king gigantic and so strong.”

Moreover, he also mentioned how one should not do consecutive super heavy workouts five-six times a week. They should also spare themselves from starting with squats, as that can add to an unforeseen injury. He commented, “I’m not ending my career with a tendon tear where I can warm up and do a bunch of high reps with leg extensions, leg presses, and then do 400 pounds in the squat. Get way less system fatigue.”
