In 2019, CBS News referred to an interview of Greta Thunberg with a talk show, ‘Skavlan’, where she spoke about an ingenious offer made by the Austrian Oak. The words of Arnie added a funny twist to an extremely pressing global challenge.

Her clarion call for activism was heard worldwide, with many joining the movement.

Even Arnie appreciated the TIME Person of the Year’s drive for climate action. While many leaders were speechless and some offended, the Austrian Oak bowed down to her courage. However, Arnie added his unique style, which surprised Greta. She said in the interview, “One of the funniest offers I’ve received is that Arnold Schwarzenegger has offered me to lend his electric car if I want to.”
