Alan Ritchson’s rich diet includes four full meals

When asked about what he eats daily, Ritchson replied by revealing, “I eat about every hour. I don’t know if they’re like full meals you know probably like four full meals you know let me show you what a day of eating for me really looks like this is the God’s honest truth.” Pulling back the curtain on his eating habits, he explained that his breakfast involves pre-made packs of oatmeal, a meticulous process of microwaving for the perfect 27 seconds. Lunch takes a creative turn with a ‘meat and cheese taco,’ a delectable concoction of Swiss cheese, turkey, and a dash of mustard.

Ritchson’s dinner table showcases a balance of flavors with his wife’s homemade turkey meatloaf, emphasizing lean protein complemented by a variety of greens. Despite his disciplined approach, the actor doesn’t shy away from admitting his indulgences, confessing, “I was given 8 lbs of raw cookie dough for my birthday recently. I ate all of it.” However, its not just his diet that is intriguing. His workout routine is interesting as well.

Ritchson’s fitness routine is a harmonious blend of efficiency and intensity. “I work out five days a week, 20 to 30 minutes tops,” he shares. His home gym, featuring a versatile cage, becomes the playground for his workouts. “Cables are something you find the least in hotels, so anytime I’m in here, I’m on these,” he enthuses. He even showcased his desire to train with the bodybuilding legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Additionally, Ritchson engages in full-body sessions involving lunges, split squats, leg extensions, and leg curls. His commitment to maintaining an aesthetic physique is evident as he aims for an impressive 100 reps on the bench press, showcasing his dedication to staying fit.
