Be it legendary bodybuilders or their ingenious coaches, they bring something that is worth watching and excitement-driven. Recently, an IFBB Pro bodybuilding coach was amazed when one of his trainees was seen doing a hilarious or rather unexpected stunt at the airport.

The bodybuilding coach is highly respected for his abundance of knowledge about fitness and this might be the reason why sometimes, his fans and students often take his saying seriously even without having a second thought. In a recent development from the fitness world, Olympia aspirant left the public mesmerized at the airport.

It was indeed a shocking moment when people at the airport witnessed REGAN GRIMES, an aspiring bodybuilder giving poses standing on the baggage carousel. Regan is among the aspiring bodybuilders who have his heart set on the prestigious Olympia. He seems to be trained under Milos Sarcev, an IFBB coach to make his name in bodybuilding. Sarcev often says that one should practice posing wherever or whenever possible.

But now, he seems to be a little regretful when he took to his Instagram account to share his opinion about this recent airport stunt. The coach wrote a caption, “When I said – practice posing whenever/wherever you can – I didn’t mean it literally 😬 @regangrimes”. According to him, whatever he says does not actually have a literal meaning. He added this caption, tagging Regan Grimes.

In 2022, he won the Cairo Pro competition and qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, but dropped out before the competition. However, he earlier shared a picture with Mr. Olympia Invitation card.

In one of his recent posts, Regan Grimes posted a photo that showed the progress he had made as a bodybuilder. In the photo, he put a bright and confident smile for two very important rewards: the overall winning card for the European Pro Champ and an Invitation card for Olympia 2023. 

After years of dedication and determination, the 30-year-old bodybuilder is on a journey to great heights. He also wrote, “WE DID IT!!!! European Pro Champ 2023!!! Next Stop… ⭕️.” Thus, giving voice to his intentions to have a great run at the Mr. Olympia. As Regan Grimes posted his awards, many bodybuilding legends from the community congratulated him on his achievement. From Flex Wheeler to Jay Cutler all encouraged him.
