Fitness icon Mark Wahlberg’s association with the Austrian fitness franchise, F45 Training dates back to 2017. At that time, the company was in troubled waters, on the verge of getting shut down. However, the Hollywood star’s representation boosted the company’s revenue, and currently, Wahlberg has taken it into his own hands, to help the business thrive in the fitness sphere. 

A recent Instagram post on the actor’s page displayed an overcrowded gym, filled with fitness enthusiasts, sweating it out through their workouts. Whereas a smiling Wahlberg was eventually featured later in the snippet.

Soon after the F45 franchise was back on track, the 52-year-old actor was appointed as the Chief Brand Officer and helped propel the business’s position in the market. Since then, the fitness world has witnessed eye-opening fitness transformation stories from F45 clients and the community was left inspired. 

In the most recent scenario, Wahlberg shared a snippet on his Instagram that displayed several gym-goers and enthusiasts working out under one roof. Wahlberg could be seen loudly motivating them across the room while also working out with the clients. The clients ranged from young women to old men, powering through their exercises, a sight worth appreciating.

“What a workout @f45_training in Toronto,” the Uncharted actor wrote in the caption of the post. Interestingly, this was only a piece of the regime Wahlberg had been promoting. In addition to his esteemed 4 a.m. Club, the star even hosted a ‘Wahlberg Week’ in April. Moreover, he also helped one of his buddies to get fit and shredded.

As a fitness coach, the actor is entrusted with the great responsibility of guiding his clients towards a fit and healthy lifestyle. Thus, using his best skills, Wahlberg transformed his friend, who once weighed 280 lbs to 214.9 lbs. Sharing the journey with his fans and the community, he shared a video on Instagram. 

Michael Fires, his overweight friend was seen standing on a weighing machine, while Wahlberg recorded the transformation results. He chimed in, “started at 280 (lbs)” and then showed his friend’s current weight flashing on the machine, which was 214.9 lbs. Both, the actor and his friend were thrilled and filled with pride. “You got to do that work… the work equals results. I promise you that,” Wahlberg exclaimed.
