Mike O’Hearn is the youngest 54 one could ever come across. He has achieved greatness in his life through bodybuilding and won Mr. Natural Universe among many other things. His physique is so chiseled and has been for such a long time that some people like Greg Doucette believe that he might have been on steroids his whole life.

Hearn has never accepted being on PEDs and claims to be all-natural, however, he does talk about the usage. He recently came on his podcast to reveal that more is not always better and showed examples of it, even taking a little jibe at Greg Doucette.

In an Instagram video, O’Hearn talks about PEDs and how they are not always good if taken too much. He gave the example of Drew McIntyre who had taken too many PEDs and now even if he cannot take it anymore, he is still strong, twice O’Hearn’s size, and still muscular. Why? Because according to O’Hearn, he took PEDs in a calculated way. The foundation has to be strong as Lee Priest said and only then can HRT help.

The Titan captioned the post writing, “More isn’t always better…And we’ve seen it time and time again from all those internet trainers that look like they haven’t lifted a day in their lives, but are on the entire pharmacy.” The video also gave the example of Kenny Koo who claimed to be on HRT and too much but did not seem to lift any iron.

The Titan then also called out Doucette for claiming that O’Hearn has been on steroids for 45 years. The bodybuilder clearly said that 45 years of PEDs would not make him look as chiseled as he looks at 54. O’Hearn has previously avoided the talks of taking steroi**s.

It was in fact with Kenny Koo where he said that he had been training for 45 years and when Koo asked why he hadn’t plateaued, the Titan had a vague answer. O’Hearn asked him a question in response, “Well, then would that mean that steroids will continue to work for 45 years?” Again Koo refuted that he must have taken calculated doses to which the Titan said he has been taking blood tests all his life and they come clean.
