“Must’ve Been Hell”: Veteran Bodybuilder’s Insane Leg Workout With Prime Ronnie Coleman Stuns Bodybuilding World

The bodybuilding GOAT Ronnie Coleman never leaves a chance to surprise his fans with his social media posts, in which he is often seen performing hard-core exercises, even at this great age. The Olympia winner has dominated the fitness world with his historic win that he witnessed in Olympia in 8 consecutive years.

However, the journey to reach the prestigious competition was not an easy walk. He had to endure a lot and sacrifice even more, to the point where he visibly has trouble walking now. But with a smile on his face, Coleman carries on, as did all those years ago. So when you look at some of his workout videos from the past, it really puts things into perspective. He was insane. Those workouts would have crushed the gods on Mount Olympus. Recently, Milo Sarcev posted one such post on Instagram, a blast from the past and it made every fan nostalgic, wanting for the days of yore when Coleman ruled these lands, to return.

In the video, the 8-time Mr Olympia can be seen enjoying training with Milo Sarcev. And of course, if you slide past three or four pictures, you can see Coleman doing some leg curls and of course, he’s stacked up the machine. That’s full throttle. Of course, Coleman and Sarcev go a long way, having been the face of the circuit for many years on a row.

Those pics from the past showed the two icons together with a pure, friendly bond. Sharing the workout photos on Instagram, the coach also wrote a caption that says, “Training LEGS with@ronniecoleman8 💪🏻❤️…walk in a park 🫣🤯” . Of course, we can only assume what Coleman might have said! 10 points for guessing and you got it right- “Lightweight baby!”

Intense leg training triggered the fans’ reactions 

Seeing the two legends training together, one Instagram fan said, “Great records!! Besides those 3 movements what else did you guys do on that day? 👀 🙌.” Adding fun to the comment section, a user wrote, “Milos just did a plate less to make Ronnie not look too bad 😂”

Fans’ reactions didn’t stop and a user commented, “Wooow😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏” hailing the leg exercises of the icons. As it was a post of photos, one user asked the coach to share a video of training cheerfully – He said, “We need the footage 😂🔥🔥❤️ legends.” Sharing past experience of meeting the Coleman, a fan expressed, “Man seeing old pics of Ronnie in his prime reminds me of when I first saw him in person. He was 315lbs but his arms were still ripped and lean. He’s like a mythical bodybuilder that we may never see anyone like him again.” Besides this, expressing concern for workouts that had intensity, another fan wrote, “must’ve been Hell.”
