54-year-old bodybuilding icon Mike O’Hearn has maintained a world-class physique and a youthful appearance. The bodybuilding influencer would give bodybuilders half his age a run for their money. Many have accused him of using steroids to preserve his muscle while being shredded beyond 50. However, many overlook the bodybuilder’s discipline and legends who acted as O’Hearn’s mentors.

On July 28, Michael O’Hearn sat with Adam Jablin, and the duo discussed how a mindset can affect one’s life positively or negatively. During their discussion, Jablin underlined the importance of having a mentor or guide in life. He gave O’Hearn an example of saying how he, despite being an experienced bodybuilder, continues to learn from other more experienced athletes.

Earlier, Jablin posted a clip from their conversation on his Instagram channel. In the clip from the podcast, Jablin focused on the part where he compared the Titan to Bryant. Jablin said that Bryant would “call everyone” more experienced than him to learn from them. “We see him with his mentor, which is Michael (Jordan)… He picked his brain constantly,” said Jablin.
