Women are told to be more careful during pregnancy. They are told to walk, work and sit carefully, and tasked with avoiding anything that requires physical effort. But these rules do not apply to legends. Tia-Clair Toomey is one such icon who has not stopped working out even while expecting a baby. She is an Australian bodybuilding champion and brakes stereotypes about pregnancy by heading to the gym with her baby bump.

The fitness world, and the people around her, seem to be surprised by Toomey’s feats. The Commonwealth gold medallist has recently uploaded a video on her Instagram account, bringing in two streams of thoughts regarding working out while pregnant.
