“Show Everybody the Kind of Things You Make Me Do”: Arnold Schwarzenegger Summons Girlfriend Heather Milligan to Share Her Secret Fitness Trick

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heather Milligan have been dating for more than a decade, and they have a lot in common. She is a fitness therapist and a former gymnast, and we all know the Austrian Oak’s 7x Mr. Olympia achievement already. Now, they work out together as a daily part of their day, and his girlfriend helps him through his physical exercise process. At 76, he completely depends on her for his fitness and recently uploaded a YouTube video where she is the one training him.

The Terminator took physical therapy tips from his partner, and the video showed how to take care of the knees. Let’s see what the former gymnast makes the fitness star do daily when it comes to exercise.

She was spot on with her training methods and instructions when it came to exercising and fitness. Milligan was also speaking about the Bulgarian split squat, and she explained how it helps with knees and joints because it is done on different angles for the leg. The Austrian Oak was also in the video working out with his girlfriend, and he said that she had a special exercise for him. He asked her, “Why don’t you show us, show everybody the kind of stuff you make me do?” He also added, “Which is squats against the wall for skiing and to get my thighs ready without really torturing the knees too much.”

Milligan, who is 28 years junior to Schwarzenegger, also explained that multiple angles and isometric holds are healthy in building one’s physique up and keeping the joints healthy. She also mentioned that it is essential to go into the motion by doing it without pain along with having good mechanics and feeling the pressure in the foot so that all the muscles work together.

Heather Milligan showed squatting against the wall for the knees and explained different people use their knees in different intensities, which could cause various levels of pain for specific people. Then she demonstrated an exercise where Arnie was leaning against the wall with his feet in front of him and stretching out. Notably, both the feet had to be in the same line as the ankles and knees had to be straight. The bend was slight so that the pain could be gauged. This uses quads, hamstrings, and glutes. One of the most elite physical therapists in the world knows every nook and corner of training, and surely Arnie is in expert hands!

She has been in the physical therapy industry for 20 years, and the 49-year-old has constantly developed her skills and expertise. She is the founder of Elite Orthospots, and most of her clients are huge celebrities and athletes from the NFL, NBA, etc. Besides having a physical therapy degree, she also maintains three certifications to stay up to date with the latest breakthroughs in the fitness industry.

Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Milligan has a desire to learn all the time. She passed tests to become a certified orthopedic manual therapist and earned her certification as an orthopedic clinical specialist as well. So clearly, the Austrian Oak is in excellent hands and his girlfriend understands everything about physical therapy.

The 76-year-old admires her passion for work and drive to improve all the time, hence it is no surprise that he depends on her for his fitness and exercise.
