While addressing the routine of his celebrity clients, Don Saladino has some pre-set targets. As he told the E! News, “We’re never doing anything unhealthy.” In fact, he also makes sure that they are “never starving themselves.” He further added, “we’re never dehydrating the body, we’re never doing no-to-low carb.” As per him, the more easy the process is, the more impactful it is to maintain.

Changing the preconceived idea of starving to get a lean body, Saladino prefers his trainees to eat more. In fact, he is focusing more on building strength while eating a well-balanced diet, getting good sleep, and worrying less about the scale. It was Don Saladino who stood beside Blake who recently walked on the red carpet with confidence even after giving birth to her fourth child.

He applies almost similar approach to most of his clients while training them. Mentioning their regime, Saladino shared, “These women understand the importance of being strong, and they understand the importance of getting in enough energy. They don’t starve themselves.”

Over the years, Don is leaning into his unique process of providing an athletic body even after eating ample food. “That’s what I’ve been doing with thousands of people now, teaching them, “Let’s try and put on muscle, you won’t look muscular, but you’ll have that lean, athletic body that you want,'” stated the trainer.
