Reacting promptly, Martinez uses plain language, labeling the exercise as completely useless. “This exercise is good for nothing,” he asserts strongly. Encouraging his followers to avoid wasting time on it, the retired bodybuilder stated, “Don’t waste your time, don’t bother, I guess you have little time in this world.”

In the post’s caption, the veteran bodybuilder strongly emphasized his position, warning his followers not to fall into a continuous loop of doing the exercise if they genuinely want to change their bodies. “Don’t get caught in a loop doing this exercise if you really are planning on changing your #physique.” Consequently, his followers united and expressed wholehearted agreement with his video and suggestions.
